If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

BareBay currently ships to eligible destinations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–5 business days after order processing and dispatch.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because BareBay sells fragrance products, products that have been opened, unsealed, sprayed, tested, or used may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns for product-integrity and hygiene reasons, except where required by applicable law or where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact BareBay Customer Support promptly and provide your order information and any reasonably requested photographs or supporting information.

BareBay will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers are subject to their applicable terms.
